This 4 week Pilates course is aimed to improve posture and spine health through increasing spine and overall body flexibility and improving core and overall body strength. There is also a focus on breath work to reduce feelings of stress. You will also be able to meet new people in the class in a friendly environment. The class is suitable for beginners and people with experience who are happy to go back to basics. I offer different levels of difficulty for exercises.
