Interested in joining Pilates group apparatus classes? Want to work on the Reformer and other pieces of the Pilates studio system to discover how this incredible method can help you move well and grow in strength and mobility? To help manage growing demand we are running some special beginner Pilates apparatus courses to help get you started. These courses are limited to a class size maximum of 3 people, to ensure that you get personalised guidance from your teacher and help you work in a way that is most suitable for you and your body.
During this 4 week course you will learn:
* How to use the studio apparatus safely, including the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Tower and barrels
* The beginner exercises on the Reformer according to the Classical system, and understand how these exercises are intended to work the body and progress your practice
*Tips and guidance on how to make each exercise work for your body, and how the apparatus can give you feedback helping you address key areas in your practice
At Be:Poised Pilates we are all about treating YOU as an individual. We teach, rather than instruct. Helping you understand what works for you and finding those little adjustments that make all the difference.

There are 3 courses to choose from...
Wednesday 9am with Nadine: 20th November - 11th December
Fridays 4pm with Gina: 22nd November - 13th December
Saturdays 12.15pm with Gina: 23rd November - 14th December
Course fee: £100
Our 4 week course is an ideal entry point into Pilates apparatus studio work. After completion of the course you will be able to join any of our All Level Group Apparatus classes. You will receive a £10 discount code to redeem against a 4 class group apparatus pass (pass must be purchased by 31st Dec 24, pass is valid for 3 months from the purchase date).
Book as an individual, or if you would like to buddy up with a friend or 2 you can book the 3 places all together, subject to availability.
