So join us at Laman Library for a beginner-friendly makeup class featuring a live demonstration by RC Ragsdale, a makeup artist and skincare guru. Whether you are completely new to makeup or would just like a refresher on best practices, this is the class for you. The demonstration will be on two types of skin, so men and women, young and old are welcome!
