Our MOST POPULAR all inclusive course where you will learn foundation cake decorating techniques within a small class size. Throughout the course you will learn countless hints and tips in this class that you can apply to your future cake decorating projects.Class starts Tuesday 30th April from 6:30pm - 9pm (approximate finish time)
Week 1 - 30/4/24
Week 2 - 7/5/24
Week 3 - 14/5/24
Week 4 - 21/5/24
Classes run for approximately 2.5 hours each week for 4 consecutive weeks
In this class you will learn:
- Colour buttercream in complimentary shades and colours. Correctly pipe buttercream into pretty rosettes, ruffles & 'multis' using a variety of piping tips
- Decorate sugar cookies and become confident using fondant. Stamp, emboss, deboss, make statement cookies then paint your way to a gorgeous cookie set.
- Make a cute teddy topper using fondant/sugar paste
- Use impression mats to create textures
- Basic modelling skills
- Balance and colour harmony
- Fill and cover a cake with buttercream and then complete your cake using a variety of piping tips to make a beautiful statement cake

THIS COURSE IS ALL INCLUSIVE
All tools and ingredients for these classes are provided. You will be provided your own basic cake decorating tool kit throughout this course. The tools remain the property of Caking mad but will be available for you to purchase at our store after each lesson.
We offer a 10% discount for students after each class if you wish to purchase supplies.
A certificate will be issued upon completion of this course.
