Workshop Curriculum:
- Breakdown of tools, supplies, and products needed in the pouring process
- Choosing the right brand of resin for your projects
- Different coaster designs and effects and how to create them
- Do's and don'ts in the process of mold pouring
- Follow step-by-step instructions to recreate the demo resin coasters and tray
- Learn how to properly finish the edges of your coasters and trays
- Learn how to securely attach handles to your trays
- Learn how to work in multiple layers
- Learn how to work with a variety of design elements such as pigments, gold leaf, crushed glass, tempered fireglass, and metallic markers
- Learn the techniqual differences between pouring circle coasters vs. geode coasters
- Professional insider tips
- Proper station set up
This workshop includes:
- ALL materials provided
- ALL tools provided
- Info sheets for reference
- Light snacks and drinks
You get to take home:
- 1 pre-made practice coaster
- 4 resin coasters (5 inch diameter) and 1 tray (13 inch diameter)
- 4 reusable silicone coaster molds and 1 tray mold
- Metallic marker
- Sand paper
