You’ll learn the basics of dance technique, simple combinations, and how to move with more ease and confidence in your body. No pressure. No expectations. Just space to learn, grow, and enjoy moving.
Open to all ages, body types, and experience levels.
Suitable for teens and adults.
Wear whatever you feel good moving in. Trainers, athletic wear recommended. This is your space.
This class runs on the first Tuesday of each month from 6:30pm-7:30pm. You also have the option to sign up for an online class if you prefer.
