Join us for an engaging and hands-on Beginner Crochet Workshop at Ed's Mercantile! This three-part series is designed to take you from a novice to a confident crocheter, with the guidance of our experienced instructor, Rebecca.

Workshop Breakdown:

Class 1: Working in Rows (Bracelet)

Date: Thursday, August 15th

Time: 5:30 - 7:00 PM

Learn the basics of working in rows by creating a stylish bracelet. This foundational skill will enable you to craft items such as scarves, washcloths, and panels for crochet garments.

Class 2: Working in the Round (Small Pouch)

Date: Thursday, August 22nd

Time: 5:30 - 7:00 PM

Master the technique of working in the round as you crochet a charming small pouch. With this knowledge, you'll be able to create hats, water bottle holders, and coasters.

Class 3: Advanced Projects (Washcloth or Hat)

Date: Thursday, August 29th

Time: 5:30 - 7:00 PM

Choose between making a crochet washcloth or starting on a hat. This session will introduce you to new stitches and provide an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Materials:

Yarn and hooks will be provided for use during the workshop, if you want to bring your own mterials you can.

Ed's Mercantile, 605 Bloor Street West

Cost:

$105 for the entire series or $40 for an individual class
