Have you ever bought or been given a tapestry canvas kit?Have you thought, this is easy and headed straight off never bothering to read the instructions!
Oh dear- how do I start and finish a thread, do I make knots, do I jump 2 or 3 inches across the back to reach the same colour?
Is the back of your work beginning to look like a hedgehog?!!
Bring along kits you have never started or are half finished and abandoned to the back of a drawer, lets make progress with them.
We will start with all the 'dos and dont's' building up to starting to make a specs case.
All tapestry wool and canvas is included.
Tea/coffee and cake is provided but bring a packed lunch if you want to stay for the 2 sessions.
Timings: Beginners session: 10am to 12.30pm
Beginners session: 1pm to 3.30pm
Cost: £20 per session or £35 if both sessions are booked
Non-members £22 per session or £40 if both sessions are booked
Other: Tea/coffee and cake provided.
If attending both sessions please provide your own packed lunch.
