Beginner's Cake ClassAll Supplies Included
Students 12 and older
Students may bring an apron and a drink
Each student will execute and leave with a 4 layer(8" round) white cake with a choice of filling. Cake will feed 12-20 servings.
Objectives:
-Learn how to level cake layers
-Learn how to fill and stack layers level
-Learn how to crumb coat
-Learn how to color buttercream
-Learn how to acheive a 2 toned final buttercream coat
-Learn how to apply sprinkles to the side of a cake
-Learn how to properly apply a chocolate ganache drip
-Learn how to pipe decorative trim
-Learn how to work with various decorating tools and cake packaging
