Have you been wanting to try Bootcamp but have been too scared or intimidated? Do you often think "I can't do that! I'm not fit enough!" Well, the truth is you absolutely CAN do it! And we are here to help alleviate your fears. We will be hosting a Beginner's Bootcamp in conjunction with our regular Bootcamp at our usual location at the Viera Regional Park, Lake Pavilion. We will demonstrate some of our most commonly used exercises, showing you proper form and modifications, and even run you through a "Bootcamp Lite," a lower-intensity version of our normal Bootcamp. It will get the blood pumping just enough! Everyone is invited, so come out and bring a friend!
