Very basic Middle-Eastern Oriental Belly & Folk dance instruction choreographed toshape your torso, sculpt your arms & legs, and burn calories!
The dances are choreographed to both Middle-Eastern & current pop music. The simple
choreography is meant to help you burn calories and have fun while doing it. This is a
very gentle, low-impact class using muscles in the core that you don’t even know you
have!
