About this Event
1 hr Belly Dance classes every Monday at 7:30pm at Husky Studios SE17 3PY near Elephant & Castle / Kennington Tube.
Take a step into the belly dance world & explore gorgeous moves within your body. Learn the basics and have a great time every week! If you have some experience, you can still polish your basics at anytime. Set fresh new goals, learn a skill that will benefit your mental & physical. Get more in tune with your body, feel extra gorgeous and confident within with my classes.
Isolate + challenge different parts of your body from your arms, chest, hips, glutes, pelvis & more!
We will work on some :
- Basic arm & shoulder movements + patterns
- Chest lifts, drops, slides, circles etc
- Hip lifts, drops, circles, shimmies! etc
* Just to give you a little hint of the fun you can expect! There's always lots of cool stuff to learn but here we aim to nail the basics & keep improving till we see progress! *
Pure enjoyment, upbeat energy and a positive approach providing a safe space for all to learn. Adults of all ages and abilities welcome.
I will mix things up every week so there's plenty of fun and learning.

Class structure :
Every class incorporates a warm up, technique, mini sequences and a cool down at the end.
If you have Belly Danced before, I'm glad you're getting back into it! If this is your first time, I'm so excited for you to give yourself this opportunity to try this art form. A dance that increases your dopamine and endorphins! Those feel-good hormones we could all have more of.
