COURSE IS NOW SOLD OUT!Sorry to anyone who missed out, seems everyone is keen to learn some archery.
This course is for people who want to learn the basics of archery. It is open to adults and children aged 8 and over.
It runs for 5 sessions on Monday evenings, 5:30pm to 7pm (field open from 5pm), starting on the 13th May and running until the 17th June. It includes one Monday evening of club competition. It costs £30 for attendees which covers all five sessions, equipment, range fees and tuition. (payment via direct debit prior to first session please).
A 6th session is provided for people who cannot attend every regular session.
All equipment is provided. Attendees should wear closed shoes and should not wear loose clothing or clothing with large buttons / toggles. Long hair should be tied back.
All training is done by Archery GB qualified coaches.
The course is run at the field off Bradford Road. A banner will be at the laneway entrance on Bradford Road during sessions. There is parking in the laneway.
Places are limited to 12 students so please register by messaging the club via the Facebook page.
Upon successfully completing the course you may then choose to join the club and shoot regularly with us and other Archery GB affiliated clubs.
Cancellation Policy; Cancellation by the club will result in a full refund or reschedule as preferred. Rained out sessions will be rescheduled for the following week. Cancellation by the attendee at least two weeks prior to the start date will be a full refund. Less than two weeks prior will be a 50% refund. Cancellation on the day will not be eligible for any refund.
