Beginners and Continuing CMC Tai Chi Chuan classYang style 37 movement Cheng Man Ching Tai Chi Chuan Form. We go from the essentials and then stance by stance through the entire 37 movement Tai Chi Form doing corrections taking one to two postures a week. All of the elements of Tai Chi will be taught and practiced. Special emphasis will be on the internal Neij elements as well as the health and martial arts aspects as all three are interrelated.
