Our Beginner's Aikido Course is designed for people of all fitness levels. You’ll improve your core strength, posture, flexibility, and fitness through whole-body movement, rolling, and partner practice. Every class is a full workout that leaves you energized, not exhausted.
But Aikido trains more than the body. As you move, breathe, and focus, you’ll also develop composure in challenging situations, confidence, and mental resilience. It’s training that strengthens the spirit as much as the muscles.
