This is your chance to begin your hatha yoga journey with a 5 week beginner’s block.
Over the 5 weeks you’ll be supported in learning the foundations of yoga in a small group class environment. Max 8 students.
Over the weeks you’ll become more confident and familiar with the poses, a little more flexible, more calm and peaceful ☺️
