The Yoga Files is a 6-week foundational yoga workshop designed to demystify modern vinyasa practice through education, practical movement, and myth-busting.In yoga philosophy, the practice is meant to reduce suffering by increasing awareness-not by perfecting shapes. Yet modern yoga often emphasizes performance, aesthetics, or speed over understanding. The Yoga Files was created to bridge that gap, offering students the tools of knowledge alongside embodied practice.
