Have you wanted to try yoga but are too nervous or intimidated to go to a group class? This 8-week series is designed for brand-new beginner yoga students and people wanting to review the basics.In this series, you'll learn the basics in a non-judgmental space with a group of students in the same boat as you. After completing this series, you'll feel confident attending future group yoga classes because you'll know the lingo, basic poses, any modifications that best suit you, how to use the props, and more.
This series begins Saturday, January 3rd at 3 PM and runs through Saturday, February 21st.
Included in this series is a 15-minute initial phone consult with Samantha as well as an ending 15-minute consult. This will help us learn more about your goals, injuries, etc. and provide you with clear next steps when you finish.
Cost: $229 for the series
