𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗹𝗳 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝘀𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲.
This series introduces the fundamental principles of yoga, pose alignment and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga asanas (postures) through a step-by-step progression into the version of the pose that best suits each student’s personal skill level. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose.
If you have never tried yoga, this series is perfect for you. The course is designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga as well as those seeking deeper understanding of basic yoga poses.
𝗠𝗘𝗘𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗥:
AnnMarie Wolf retired from a fulfilling career as a Secondary School Healthy Active Living teacher in June of 2014 and the very next day began her studies in yoga teacher training becoming a certified Vinyasa/Hatha yoga teacher in 2015. AnnMarie’s love of yoga led her to continuing yoga education in restorative yoga, therapeutic yoga, roll model therapy, yoga for seniors and yin yoga. Although her passion in bringing the magic of yoga to her peeps, the Baby Boomers, her classes are designed for people of all ages and body types, with varied challenges in strength, agility, balance, flexibility, and mental focus. Her personal mantra is “You are never too old nor too stiff.”

All necessary materials (yoga mats) and props will be provided. Please bring a water bottle.

If this series does not fill entirely, then the remaining spots can be filled by drop-in students. Call us to determine if there are any drop-in spots available on the week(s) you want to participate. Drop-in spots must be registered for over the phone.
