Beginner Vinyasa Yoga with Kelly Green
Join us at Armentality Movement Arts Center for a gentle and welcoming introduction to Vinyasa Yoga, led by guest teacher Kelly Green, soon to be certified with Yoga Alliance. This class is perfect for complete beginners looking to explore the fundamentals of yoga in a supportive environment. Kelly will guide you through a series of simple, flowing movements synchronized with the breath, helping you build flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.
With her extensive background in movement and body awareness, Kelly creates a space where students of all body types and abilities can feel comfortable and confident. Expect a calming atmosphere, easy-to-follow sequences, and plenty of guidance to help you feel grounded and relaxed. No previous yoga experience is required—just bring an open mind and a willingness to learn!

About Instructor:
Kelly Green has dedicated much of her life to the study and practice of movement, body awareness, and mindfulness techniques. With a strong educational background, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Education with a specialization in dance, as well as a Master's degree in Counseling and Administration. Over the years, Kelly has worked extensively with adolescents, incorporating mindfulness and mindful movement, including yoga, to support emotional well-being and personal development.
A devoted yoga practitioner for over 16 years, Kelly is certified in Social Emotional Learning Facilitation and Yoga through the Breathe for Change Educator Collective. She is now completing the final steps toward her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification with Yoga Alliance. Her deep connection to both movement and nature allows her to find balance and peace in her practice, which she is eager to share with others.
Kelly is excited to offer a Vinyasa yoga sample session at Armentality Movement Arts Center as she continues her journey as a yoga teacher. Her classes provide a space for mindful movement, breath awareness, and self-reflection, creating a meaningful experience for practitioners of all levels.
