Join me for an ass-shaking extravaganza at Gravity LA Studios where we will unleash your inner twerk queen, & be in touch with the feminine.
Daniella Peraza will be your instructor, also a Certified Personal Trainer, who specializes in strength & mobility. This style of dancing awakened a side of Daniella that has helped her heal from low self esteem & confidence & she wants to extend the experience to YOU!
The space is open to anyone willing to move their bodies to music, giggle, and have a blast with like-minded baddies. It’s a great leg & core workout being the most exciting cardio you’ll ever do. Daniella will guide you through the art of twerking & the mobility behind it, helping you build confidence & improve your dance skills.
Whether you're a beginner or a pro, this class is open to all levels. So grab your friends, put on your dancing shoes, & get ready to twerk it out like there's no tomorrow!
DONT FORGET to bring knee pads for possible floor work! This will also help when stretching your hips on the floor. Come in comfortable shoes that you can bend your toes in!
