Yang tai chi is a slow martial art form for health, balance, and clearing the mind. Through repeated practice of the form you will begin to notice benefits for your health, energy, and ability to relax. It is beneficial for students of all ages.
I've been practicing tai chi for 3 years and have over 1 year experience teaching under the guidance of Sifu Gao from Wujitang Marital Arts in Richmond.
I'm happy to instruct students in a patient and relaxed manner. First class is free!
