Get a break from the holiday craziness by joining us for a fun night of local beer and made-by-you sushi rolls.
On arrival, your instructor will have a snack for you and during class, you'll learn
how to make perfect sushi rice every time
how to make all of those sauces you love at the sushi bar (eel sauce and bangbang, anyone?)
where to shop/what to buy
how to safely and confidently serve raw fish at home
After the lecture portion of class, everyone will make a sushi roll of their own with the guidance of your instructor, who will cut the rolls or you and send you and your handmade creation to the sauces station for taste testing and decorating!
