SUP yoga club is coming to Park in the Past this summer (ages 16+) in collaboration with Direct Kayaks and Park in the Past but first, we'll be offering tasters to raise some money for a SUP yoga dock.£30pp - All equipment included
£20pp - with your own equipment.
Session 1: 1 - 2.30pm - for those who want to hire equipment
Session 2: 3 - 4.30pm - for those with their own equipment

These sessions are not to be confused with a paddle board lesson - the SUPs are simply used as a floating yoga mat.
During the class, we'll learn about our floating yoga mat and how to move around so we are less likely to fall off, go through a gentle hatha yoga routine which will mainly be seated and on our knees, enjoy a floating relaxation and we'll end on a fun note where you'll be given the option to try a standing yoga pose.
- You don't have to have any paddle board or yoga knowledge.
- All equipment is provided including buoyancy aid & leash or if you're providing your own you must bring the above.
- You will be given a full safety briefing
- You will be asked to fill in a medical form and sign a disclaimer.
- Please wear comfortable closes & shoes you don't mind getting wet.
-You are welcome to go for a paddle after the sessions.
