This is the rescheduled class from December. If you bought a ticket to the December class, it is valid for this event. There is currently 1 available spot.This beginner sourdough workshop will cover the basics of the sourdough creation process. We'll discuss maintaining your starter and work through all of the steps it takes to make a delicious loaf.
You will leave with your own fed and active starter, a prepared loaf of sourdough to take and bake at home (in a bowl), a jar and spatula for maintaining your starter, and a handmade scrubby for cleaning those dough hands.
Feel free to bring an apron, but all other materials will be provided. There will be an assortment of sourdough-based snacks available as well!
This course is non-refundable. The class is capped at 8 people. If you purchase a spot and cannot attend please let me know ASAP.
