You will learn how to create your own focaccia (which you will bake the next day at home) using all the fundamentals of sourdough baking. Not only will you learn how to make focaccia but how to make your own loaf as well.
You will learn the benefits of sourdough baking as well as feeding and maintaining your very own starter (provided for you)+ receive everything you need to get on your way.
You will take home your very own focaccia/loaf to bake the next day.
