In this workshop, you will be taught the basics of sourdough starter, how to maintain it, mix it and what to watch for during fermentation. You will also be taught the basics of how to mix your starter into dough, shaping the dough properly and using different techniques of scoring your dough. We will have bread samples and crackers. Everyone will leave with their very own mason jar of an active starter and their dough to bake at home themselves. Then a bowl, spatula and recipes.
