This class is for anyone interested in learning the basics of sourdough bread baking, including feeding your starter, creating and proofing your dough and tips for successful baking. This is not an advanced class. The cost of the class is $30 to cover the cost of supplies and expenses. You will need to bring a large spoon for stirring, a kitchen towel and a large bowl with lid. This will be used in preparing and bringing your dough home for baking. We will bake a prepared loaf during the event. The class attendance is limited to 40 spots (first come first serve). Your spot is secured upon receipt of payment.
