If you’re an adult interested in learning to sew, and you don’t know where to start, be a part of the Beginner Sewing Skills series at your South Branch Library. Each Monday will feature learning a different skill for the first three sessions, and then by the final Monday of the month, we’ll use the skills we’ve learned to create a project. We’ll learn hand-sewing techniques and machine sewing basics over a three-month period with each month consisting of three skills learning sessions and a project making session. For November, there will be no class on the second Monday due to a holiday, so we’ll learn two skills on the following Monday before then creating a project on the fourth session. Don’t miss out on the sewing fun.
