We are pleased to offer a Beginner Series for new and returning aikido students this summer. It's a chance to get comfortable with the fundamentals of movement, vocabulary, dojo etiquette, and ways to move energy through the body for optimal grounding and vitality.The details: This series meets four consecutive Fridays, July 12 - August 2 and is open to ages 18 and up. Please show up at 6pm, and we'll pack up at 7:30pm. You can wear long comfortable pants and bring a water bottle.
Anyone new to the dojo can register for $60 total here. Dojo members can attend at no extra cost, and we encourage everyone to be there. We look forward to practicing together.
