Welcome to Beginner Pickleball Round Robin!
Join us for a fun Beginner Pickleball Round Robin, open to players rated 2.5 and below! This event offers a great opportunity to enjoy friendly competition, practice your skills, and meet fellow pickleball enthusiasts in a supportive environment.
Space is limited to only 24 new players.
Format:
- Round Robin style ensures everyone gets plenty of court time.
- Players rotate partners and opponents, creating a dynamic and engaging experience.
- Matches are organized to maximize fun and fair competition.
Who Should Attend:
- Ideal for beginners rated 2.5 and below.
- 2.5 players have basic knowledge and skills but are still developing consistency and control.
- Players rated 3.0 and above are more advanced and should consider joining the Orlando Advanced Pickleball League for more competitive play.
Recommendations
- Paddles and balls will be provided or bring your own.

Meet Coach Aaron
Aaron Phu, a PPR Certified Professional Coach since early 2023, is also an Engage Pickleball ambassador. He holds a BS and MS in Aerospace Engineering from Parks College-Saint Louis University. A professional engineer with a passion for racket sports, Aaron has played competitive badminton for over 20 years and coached many players. He started playing pickleball in 2021, excelling in PPA, USA Pickleball, and local tournaments. Aaron leverages his badminton coaching techniques and teaching experience from UCF to help hundreds of players improve. He offers private and group lessons, clinics, camps, drilling sessions, and hosts corporate and private pickleball events for all skill levels.
