Got a new road bike or an old one and just never taken the time to learn to ride? Intimidated by the spandex? Not sure how to shift? This ride is for you! We're taking new riders out to learn the basics of road cycling all summer. Tomorrow we're starting at the beginning with helmet fitting, ABCquickCheck and then a nice 20-25 mile no drop ride. Spandex optional-Water, helmet, and road bike required :-)
