About this Event
This is a relatively slow paced women's only ride suitable for anyone who can pedal, brake and steer the bike and is comfortable on very quiet roads. The ride is 8 miles long and will be led by experienced ride leaders.
We will be meeting at 18:30 at The Rickyard, Walpole Park, Mattock Lane, London W5 5EQ We will ride to Chiswick House, where we will stop for a coffee break on Chiswick High St before riding back to Walpole Park. We aim to be back by 21:00h.
We will set off promptly so please make sure you arrive on time.

A helmet if you wish to wear one
Water and Snacks
Spare inner tube for your own bike
Bike lights
A bike lock for your own bike
PLEASE NOTE:
Do not come on our rides if you have Covid symptoms, have been in close contact with someone who has symptoms or if you have been asked to self isolate.
If you can't come pls let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the place to someone on our waiting list as places are very limited at the moment.
