With just a few basic tools and some wool fibres, develop the skills to make a fabulously full of character gnome! Demonstrations of the basic needle felting techniques will take place throughout the workshop and a step-by-step instructional booklet will be provided.
This project is suitable for those new to needle felting, but would also provide good fun for the experienced felter. Just look those wispy whiskers and adorably slouchy hat... Irresistible! Choose from spectacular New Zealand wool colours like leaf green, lacquer red, cocoa, evening blue and saffron (mustard). Let the fun begin!
Elizabeth is a certified yoga instructor. For those interested, she will guide students in a seated stretch break. She will teach some helpful stretches to do when immersed in art and craft! Approximate finished size of gnome: 11 cm (although individual gnomes will vary).
