About this Event
1.Shuttlecock Kicking(~10 minutes, Prevents joint stiffness, Improve blood circulation, promote digestion and metabolism,slowing down aging, effectively improve the vision of the eyes, Relax,Stress relief)
2. Hip-hop dance(~8 minutes, easy to follow along)
3.Gentle hips loose up(hips warm-up stretch)
4. Open/close split in the air(cardio)
5. The moving “frog position” (cardio)
6. Side split leg press method(teamwork stretch)
7. Wall center splits
8. Barre stretch
9. “Sleeping Fish” (from Classical Chinese Dance)
10.Self-introduction 3 Things I Am Grateful(social chatting, getting to know each other a little bit, making friends)
You need to bring:
1. Grip socks above the ankles, ballet shoes, or your regular socks above the ankles.
2. A bottle of water for yourself(no glass on the ballet dance floor)
Note:
-This class is Males&Females both are welcome!
-This class is for all levels.
-Mask is not required.
-We have Stretch Classes every Sunday,10 am-12 noon.
