Learn the Crochet Basics! Beginner Learn to Crochet 1-2 Mini Pumpkins
Beginner Crochet Students Welcome! No Experience required. Age 14+
ALL MATERIALS ARE INCLUDED IN THE CLASS
Get crafty and learn how to Crochet a Pumpkin with Amanda, of Creative Retreat. Students in this class will create a fun pumpkin that they will take home along with the crochet hook and pattern.
In this class students will learn the fundamentals and basics of crocheting. All students will create 1 to 2 mini pumpkins. If students don’t complete their second pumpkin in class, materials will be provided to complete their project at home. All Materials included; students will be given a pattern, crochet hook, yarn needle, cinnamon sticks, two colors of yarn (beige, mustard and/or rust) and will be given hemp bows. Finished pumpkin size is approximately 4 inches wide and 3.5 inches tall.
Classes are kept to 6 person maximum to give personal one on one instruction.

Amanda was born, raised, and currently resides in Northport. She has a BSN in Apparel & Textiles from Oneonta State University, as well as an associate's degree in Fashion Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology. On top of her creative studies, she received a BSN in Nursing at Adelphi University and currently works as a registered nurse. Amanda is still very passionate about art, and she also teaches the Mandala Art Dot Classes at the Nest.
