Join the slow fashion, handmade, maker movement by learning the basics of knitting in this Beginner Knitting EXPRESS workshop with Michigan Fine Yarns! In this one-time 2.5-hour workshop, we'll teach you how to cast on, knit, purl, bind off, introduce you to knitting in the round, and help you plan your first project! Our goal is to have you leave with the confidence to tackle that first project, and if you need additional project support, you can always come back again for Quick Help or in a Bring Your Own Project class! These longer, one-time Beginner Knitting EXPRESS workshops are offered as listed on the pull down menu, but if they don't fit your schedule we also have weekly recurring beginner knitting classes.
