Learn a wonderful craft that allows you to create beautiful and functional items. This class is tailored to those who are new to knitting, no experience is necessary! To start your knitting adventure, it's crucial to master the two basic stitches: knitting and purling. In this class, you will learn how to cast on your stitches, interpret and follow a pattern, and become familiar with the foundational stitches of knitting: the knit stitch and the purl stitch. You will follow a pattern to create a headband. The class fee covers all the materials needed.
Having trouble? No problem! If you don't finish your project during the class, you're welcome to stay for Helping Hands in the afternoon or return for help at any other Helping Hands session!
