We'll go over the basics of how to handle kettlebells and the main movement patterns (like cleaning and deadlifts) so that you can safely jump into any of our kettlebell classes. Open to all fitness levels!
Allison will be leading a Kettlebell Class every Thursday following this workshop, so be ready to add your new favorite class to your workout schedule!
