(Ages 10+) Launch in quaint Boston Harbor and paddle South past the Dofflemyer Point Lighthouse exploring the South Sound’s Budd Inlet.- All minors must be accompanied by a registered adult.
- Meeting location will be the Boston Harbor Marina.
- There will be a 20-minute land-based paddle talk with instruction prior to the paddle in addition to a loading/unloading process on either end of the paddle. On-water paddle time will be approximately 2 hours.
- Personal Floatation Devices (PFDs) will be provided and must be worn at all times while on the water.
- Please note our kayaks are tandem boats and you will be paddling with someone else.
- Our tandem kayaks have a weight limit of 300 lbs per person and the dimensions of the cockpits are 35.5″ inches long x 17.3″ inches wide.

Metro Parks Tacoma reserves the right to adjust the itinerary or cancel the trip up to the start time of the program in response to marine conditions. Trips canceled due to unsafe marine conditions will be refunded in full.
