In the meantime, a katana is a Japanese sword characterized by a curved, single-edged blade with a circular or squared guard and long grip to accommodate two hands. It was primarily used for cutting, and intended for use with a two-handed grip. It is traditionally worn edge up and is usually 7-palms or 42 inches in length.
This class meets on Saturdays at 1:00 (45 minutes) through July. Start: Sat, Feb 1, 2025 End: Sat, Apr 26, 2025 1:00 PM 1:45 PM. The total cost of the class is $120.00 ($40.00 per month). At this time, full payment is required to secure your space (spots in this program are limited). As advertised, the first class on February 1st is free so if you don't want to continue for the entire 3 month program, a full refund will be given at that time.
