Welcome to Beginner Intuitive Dance!
Come join us at Kindred Healing Space for a fun and freeing dance experience. This event is perfect for those who are new to intuitive dancing or looking to explore their inner rhythm. No dance experience required!
This class meets for 3 consecutive Sundays from 5:00pm - 6:30pm: Mar. 23, Mar. 30, Apr. 6
Come rediscover your intuitive style in a safe and empowering environment. We will warm up, play with movement, and learn a simple routine incorporating elements from class. You’ll leave with tools to help include intuitive movement in your own practice.
Come dressed comfortably with comfortable shoes.
