We meet at White Rock Lake and do a 4 mile walk while it is not yet hot out. After introductions, we will walk roughly at stop and smell the roses pace. Feel free to bring friends, but post Plus 1s, so we can keep track. Our next walk will be in the North area, and we will try to move them around.We will meet at the parking lot near Wendy Lane and Lawther. (The parking lot is across the street and slightly East from 3525 west Lawther)
We will leave promptly 5 minutes past the start time. We head south... Latecomers can catch up by walking briskly.
New folks, allow a little extra travel time to find the start point. Shoot for arriving 5-10 minutes prior to the event, since some have difficulty finding the start point.
Please note: This Is a human only event, no pets.
The goal here is a bit of exercise, but mostly it is t enjoy the outdoors and enjoy a bit of conversation. You will get a chance to talk to pretty much everyone who is at the event.
Afterward, those interested can join us for brunch at the Oasis Cafe.
