Join hula hoop dancer Lori, aka Madam Mandala, as she shares her love for the flow art of hula hoop dancing. Madam Mandala brings her signature style and energy when she teaches. In this six-week class Lori shares her knowledge and expertise with those interested in learning to hoop for fun and fitness! You will learn what size and style of hula hoop is best for you, you will get a great foundation of beginner moves, tricks and combos, finishing off with a group choreography! If you have been wanting to learn hoop dance or are new to this art and simply need more fun and musical movement in your life, this class is for you! Hoops are available, if needed, but you can bring your own.
*Please note this is a hoop dance class and will not be focused on waist hooping, but mostly arm movements.
