Beginner Group Piano is a discovery-based experience that fosters independent learning at the piano. Students will explore the fundamentals of piano in a fun and creative way. The goal of group class is discovery of elementary piano concepts that serve to progress the students. This semester long class will prepare students for future private lesson study.Group piano class sets up a healthy, cooperative learning environment where students progress by observing and demonstrating each one's strengths. Students are encouraged to share their accomplishments with each other weekly to promote healthy peer motivation for at-home practice.
Each group will meet for 13 classes over the course of the fall semester. Group Class Semester fee: $300 (payable in 3 installments of $100 each), OR pay entire fee up front $275 ($25 discount).
