Get Ready for the Beginner Full Body Bootcamp!
Looking to kickstart your fitness journey? Jtoin us in person for a fun and energizing workout designed just for beginners. We'll cover all the basics, targeting every muscle group to get you feeling strong and confident. No experience needed—just bring your energy and enthusiasm! Come sweat, stretch, and smile with us in a welcoming, supportive environment.
How it's structured..
- Bootcamp is from February 7th - April 25th (12 weeks, every Saturday)
- First 4-6 weeks, learn foundational movements, learn how to propely breathe / proper core engagment during exercises, learn different variations, etc.
- The next, 6-8 weeks we will use everything we previously learned and put it into a high intensity full body circuit! Focus for this would be progressive overload (making it more challenging each week through reps, weight, tempo, etc.)
- As a Personal Trainer I will hold you accountable and make sure to push you to your limits with keeping safety and confidence in each movement a priority!
- Protein Shake included after every class no extra cost :)
