This is a BEGINNER class for bottling fruit, hosted by the wonderful Hospice Taupo. It is open to 20 people only. What you will learn:
How to prep, bottle and water bath your fruit.
There will be live demonstrations, hands on learning, and also a range of homemade preserves and chutneys for you to sample.
Entry:
1 500g bag of white sugar
A vegetable peeler
Any glass jars with metal lids you have
$10 donation to hospice.
This is going to be a fun night so sign up with your friends and come and learn how to preserve fruit, minimise waste and cut your grocery bill!
