𝗣𝗔𝗗𝗜 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲This course focuses on giving participants the theoretical understanding and practical skills that are required to develop their breath hold capacity, in addition to general freediving skills.
𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗢𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀-
- Review core concepts of Freediving safety
- Understand Freediving equipment, how to equip and utilise safely.
- Review and demonstrate Freediving skills
- Understand the physiology & anatomy of breath hold diving.
- Understand and demonstrate the role of the 'buddy' diver.
- Learn and demonstrate static apnoea.
- Learn and demonstrate dynamic apnoea.
- Recognise and recover a Freediver in distress, including shallow water blackout.
- Practice Freediver rescue techniques
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱
- PADI Basic Freediver certificate course (first half of the Freediver certificate).
- Access to PADI online e-learning modules
- ONLINE & Face to face theory review

At the end of this course, participants will understand the important concepts of Freediving, be able to demonstrate Freediver skills and recognise and recover Freedivers in distress.
