It’s a great full body workout, perfect for cross training and exploring your local waterway. Join us for a full day trip this summer, learning everything you need to get paddling on moving water on a SUP. Our instructors will help you learn one on one, the proper stance for balance and control, essential paddle strokes and other techniques. All equipment, leadership and transportation are provided. Participants must be able to swim.Please note: Parent or guardian must be present on this trip for participants under age 18.
