Come join a Beginner Friendly Crystal Gridding Work Shop
What to expect:
We will begin with brief meditation and sound healing to welcome and balance the Body. Shannon will explain the significance of your selected crystals and how to harness their energies through grid work. Booklet and Crystals are provides and yours to take home.
You will also have the opportunity to meet and mingle with like-minded people whilst helping yourself to some nibbles.
Sound Healing and Crystal Grid work will assist you in purifying your mind through the use of sound, and you'll learn how to use crystals to strengthen your mindset! You will then be invited to get comfortable and enter a deep state of relaxation as Shannon guides you on a journey to revitalize your mind, body, and spirit.
This workshop will assist you in clearing any stagnant or stuck energy.
You will also be able to take your Crystal Grid home with you
